- Orders placed after 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the next business day, and the 24-hour cancellation period will start from the time the order begins processing.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
- Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the product by following our Refund and Return Policy.
- Customized or Personalized Items: These orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is successfully canceled within the eligible timeframe:
- You will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees, to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
