  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Orders placed after 06:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the next business day, and the 24-hour cancellation period will start from the time the order begins processing.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Confirmation:
    • Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation if it falls within the allowed timeframe.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

  • Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the product by following our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: These orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled within the eligible timeframe:
    • You will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees, to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5. Modifying Your Order

If you need to update your order details, such as delivery address or item selection:
